Membership is a keystone in the success of the Museum and helps the Museum to continue to thrive year after year. The Museum offers a variety of membership levels. As a Museum member, you receive a number of benefits.

Free, unlimited admission to the Michigan Maritime Museum

Free or Member rates on lectures, programs, and selected classes & events all year

10% discount on all merchandise in The Ship’s Store.

10% off tickets for our On-Water Fleet *discounts based on membership level. Special sails and private charters not eligible for discount*

Individual $40
Benefits for one adult
10% off boat tickets for up to 1 passenger

Senior Couple $60
Benefits for two seniors (65+)
10% off boat tickets for up to 2 passengers

Family $75
Benefits for two adults and all children in household
10% off boat tickets for up to 4 passengers

Grandparent $85
Benefits for two seniors and all grandchildren
10% off boat tickets for up to 4 passengers

Ensign $150
Benefits of all general memberships plus two complimentary guest admission passes

Captain $250
Benefits of all general memberships plus four complimentary guest admission passes
10% off boat tickets for up to 6 passengers

Commodore $500
Benefits of all general memberships plus eight complimentary guest admission passes
10% off boat tickets for up to 10 passengers

Keel Club $1000
Benefits of all general memberships plus twelve complimentary guest admission passes, special recognition, Keel Club events, a 15% discount in the Ship’s Store, 20% discount on event space rentals, and 10% off boat tickets for up to 14 passengers
