Lets Rock the Dock!
Join the Michigan Maritime Museum at our 3rd annual Rock the Boat “R3PEAT” concert. This years event is set to be an exciting one as the Museum celebrates it’s 50th anniversary and the beautiful new expansion of the boardwalk. Come rock out at an evening of fun, food, music, and definitely dancing on the Museums waterfront campus. Proceeds benefit the Michigan Maritime Museum.
Back by popular demand, The 1985 Band will surely get you up on your feet and jammin’ to some sick beats. Featuring the best of what 80’s music has to offer, The 1985 combines lights, videos, costumes and more to create a totally immersive music experience.
Food will be available on site from food truck Wood, Stock & Grill, as well as a cash bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Event grounds tickets, dockside high top tables, and VIP tables are available. Beach chairs are welcome on the event grounds.

Event Grounds
Dust off your leg warmers, put on your dancing shoes and get into the groove with your favorite 80’s hits. You’ll have the time of your life, in front of the band dancing the night away. Bring your own beach chairs and enjoy the show from the Patrick Allkins & Jan Frizzo Family Event Grounds of the Museum campus. $20 per person (4 and under are FREE)
Dockside High Tops
Enjoy the ultimate concert experience with our high top tables on the brand new and improved boardwalk! Dance the planks away and show off your righteous moves. With fantastic harbor views, these seats make for the perfect spot for your group to rock the night away. These stand-up tables (include stools) can host up to 4 people each and include 8 drink tickets per table, a group photo with the band, and some totally rad concert swag. $500 per table
VIP Tables
Step back in time and enjoy an unforgettable night of music and nostalgia from one of our VIP Tables. Located under our Winkel Lookout Point Canopy, these seats are perfect for those who want to experience the event in ultimate style and comfort. Seating for up to 8 people, each table comes with 16 drink tickets, fun and personal appetizers right at your table, a VIP backstage meet and greet with the band, and some righteous concert swag. $1,000 per table
VIP Dock Slip
Revel in the excitement from the luxury of your own boat! That’s right – dock your boat at the MMM and take in the evening of fun, food, music and dancing onshore and from your boat. Think of it as the “Ultimate Luxury Suite” for the event. With a Reserved Dock Space you receive direct access to the Museum Campus and concert venue for the night (arrival after 3pm Friday and departure by noon Saturday) PLUS: a Boardwalk High Top Table with seating for 4 and includes 8 drink tickets, a group photo with the band, and some totally rad concert swag. $1,000
